Local (Kuwait):

• Delivery within 1–3 business days

• 2 KD shipping fee on orders below 35 KD

• Free shipping on orders 35 KD and above

International:

• We ship worldwide

• Flat rate: 5.5 KD (approx. $18 USD)

• Free international shipping on orders over 100 KD / $300 USD

All orders are processed promptly to ensure timely delivery.

RETURNS

Local (Kuwait):

• Returns accepted within 3 days of purchase

• A 2 KD delivery fee will be deducted from the refund

International:

• Customers must contact us within 5 days of receiving the order to request a return

• Return shipping costs and applicable fees are the responsibility of the customer.

For hygiene reasons, earrings are non-returnable and non-refundable.
